Items must be returned/shipped within 14 days, with tracking and insurance. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original purchased condition- unworn, unused, and in its original box, including all product documentation.
First contact at If your return is accepted, you will  get instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Personalized items and special orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
resized rings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 
Jewelry must be new, unworn, and only in its original purchased condition.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in our sole discretion
Refunds / Exchange
Return shipping charges remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns must be shipped via insured parcel post for tracking purposes.
We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. 
Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client’s sole responsibility.
In any cases of return for exchange or cancellation of the purchase the shipping cost will not be refunded. The same applies to any insurance, taxes and fees.
If the refund was approved by us, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
